Why You Should Attend

The Risk Management Roundtable offers an opportunity for DC Agency procurement professionals to become involved in discussions on key insurance risk issues.  As professionals involved in public sector procurement, we operate in a different professional world to that of private sector procurement.  We work under the glare of publicly accountable financial and fiduciary responsibilities, and face unique challenges such as changing policy, layers of regulation, compliance and governance.  As a result, the Risk Management Roundtable is designed to bring together a mix of District agencies for peer networking, cross-functional dialogue and a better understanding of common problems and trends so that insurance decisions we make are in the best interest of the District.
