Captive Insurance Brokerage RPF

The Captive Insurance Agency (Captive) hereby gives notice of a Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide insurance brokerage services for the Captive. A statement of work, directions for submitting proposals, and directions for submitting questions are included in the attached RFP. The last day for submitting proposals is February 22, 2019 at 4:00pm Eastern Standard Time as stated in the RFP.

 

Questions and Answers Related to this Solisitation:

Question - Section L.3 Question (a) says questions are due by 2/13 at 4 pm. In the same section, (c) says follow up clarification questions are due on 2/10, prior the date of initial questions. Can you clarify these dates and if there have already been questions asked, can you direct us as to where we can find the responses?

Answer - This is an error. Subsection (a) should have a due date of 2/10/2019. Subsection (c) should have a due date of 2/13/2019.

Question - Section L.21.1.1 mentions a form entitled “AWARD/CONTRACT” – where do we obtain this form?

Answer - The form is attached below (Contract award Cover Template).

Question - We note the Comprehensive Work Plan is due within 14 days of contract award. Will there be a meeting with the DC team to ensure all objectives can be incorporated into this plan prior to this date?

Answer - Yes

Question - What is the anticipated award date for this contract?

Answer - If the District deems it is in its best interests to make an award, it will be within 90 days of 2/22/2019.
