Most agencies within the District of Columbia Government have an assigned Agency Risk Management Representative (ARMR) who serves as the primary point of contact for implementing District-wide and agency risk management initiatives. ARMR responsibilities include: implementing integrated risk and safety related programs, functioning as the Agency Safety Officer, and balancing the safety needs and priorities with available resources. ARMR’s work to ensure the highest level of safety and security for every agency employee.
